Terms of Service

filli is a product of ChatDB AI LLC (“we,” “us”). By using filli you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the service.

filli lets you open a PDF form, fill it in your browser, and ask a built-in AI clerk questions about the form's content. The PDF bytes, the values you type, and the finished filled PDF stay on your device and never leave your browser. The AI side-panel receives the form's printed text and your questions — never the values you've typed into fields.

You may create an account with a working email. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know at support@filli.tech.

The AI clerk helps you understand what a form is asking for. Its responses are generated by a language model and can be wrong. filli does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, or professional advice of any kind. For anything that matters, consult a licensed professional.

Free includes 3 forms per month. Pro is $10 per month for 500 forms per month. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal. Refunds are handled case-by-case — email us.

You agree not to:

• Use filli to create, alter, or submit fraudulent documents.
• Bypass quota, rate limits, or abuse the AI clerk (prompt injection, scraping, automated resale).
• Upload PDFs that contain malicious content or that you don't have the right to process.

You own what you upload and what you type. We claim no rights to your PDFs or filled values. The AI clerk's backend provider (Google Gemini) processes your questions + the form's printed text under its own terms; we do not add those to our own data stores.

filli is provided “as is.” We do our best to ship a reliable product, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ChatDB AI LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of filli.

We may update these terms. If the change is material we'll email active users at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use filli after that means you accept the new terms.
